Freezing caused by unstable files, software, or be treated fairly difficult, especially because you have no time to run antivirus or antispyware or diagnoses before the system hangs again. Sometimes your computer from May to freeze during startup. If this is the case with you, then you probably have one or more system files corrupted or missing. To overcome this problem, you have your original CD of the operating system. Normally, it is not necessary to do a complete reinstallation, you can mostly, repair or replacement of damaged files with repair “install” from your CD .- I explained how it is in one of my articles available for free on doing.

If you think you have a virus or malware, then the only way is to search your hard drive is Hook It Up on a different hard drive (internal or external) with the same or an operating system later. You must configure your hard drive so that the slave and the hard drive that other great “master,” said .- Another of my Free section, the procedure in detail .- Then use the following anti-virus the “master” disk scan the hard disk. You can also use this procedure to save your valuable files. Just copy them to disk.

If on the other hand, your computer starts and runs fine, but always hangs after 5 minutes, then a chance of the program or software you have to determine the cause of the problem. Once your computer has loaded, press Ctrl + Alt + Del together. This opens the Windows Task Manager. Quickly familiarize yourself with the operation of the Task Manager. Click the “Processes” tab at the top (This is usually the default), look in the CPU column in the table. Scroll to the last process of a system shutdown, it will be a reading between 95 to 99, which is normal. Most other lines show a reading of 00. Back slowly and look for other procedures with a high number. If you do not open any other programs, then it should not be identified earlier.

There may be one or two processes, such as your security suite, on the readings of low value between 05 and possibly up to 35 or 40 Any other process with a reading above 90%, more than a few minutes should be stopped. They are using the process to highlight it and click “End Process”, bottom right. If everything looks normal and you know that your computer always crashes after 5 minutes or something, keep an eye on the Task Manager and look for all processes that show a sudden, a high value. There may be many. If you have time to write the process in question, and click to highlight it and click End Process. If you are a little slow at the end of the process, you must restart the computer and try again.

Recently, I had a computer for repair to freezing by this method, I was surprised to see a well known music and media program with a reading of 95% CPU and is not even used, it Amok was executed in the background, what he does, or tries to do, I have no idea.

After successful completion of unauthorized software on your computer does not freeze, keep an eye out for a while in another case, there is. If you are sure your computer is OK to run without frost, then you have the program or the software responsible for the high CPU usage to be found. If you identify the author, even if it turns out, your security suite, temporarily disable the program and see if your PC is running now without freezing. Once you’ve confirmed that everything is in order, your only option is to uninstall the software. Please use the Add / Remove Programs Control Panel to verify that everything is removed. They simply do not ‘delete’ it. These files and program fragments are put behind them in the registry.
